The changes to Car World are far from just cosmetic. From the top down they are making changes to ensure that customers walk out the door with a smile on their face. The store has added a customer service department focused on making sure customers have a good car buying experience. Along those lines, they added a robust BDC (Business Development Center), and even doubled their service department mechanic staff, in order to provide 3-month warranties for every vehicle sold.

In his interview, Belal went on to say, “No one wants to go through a potentially exhaustive process at a dealership only to be turned down when they get to the credit application. Our dealership makes people feel like family and sets an expectation of what is needed from the moment they walk in the door so they know they can leave in a car they love that day.” One thing is for sure. Car World and the Awad family are in no way looking to slow down. With the re-branding and all recent upgrades, they are positioned to extend their share as one of the largest-volume “buy here pay here” auto dealers in California.
